Enjoyed the hotel very much. Location is conveniently in walking distance from the beach and shopping area. Nice pool and food was good. Staff pretty friendly and helpful.
Walls are very thin so hear all the noise from the room next door and hallway.
Staff didn't speak English Staff didn't know local attractions, there is only 2 attractions one being Masada and she didn't know or any other staff at reception how to get there. We had to go and pay for internet to work it out ourselves. Staff only spoke RUSSIAN not even HEBREW! Hotel was ALL SMOKING our room was disgusting Staff could not speak to me about my Facial needs now i have broken out on my face because she used incorrect products for my needs (thus couldn't speak english AGAIN) Hotel air-conditioning in room stunk of Smoke kept my husband and i up at night due to the air All food was russian based It was just a really bad experience for our honeymoon and one i would never want to experience again.
Location was great close to beach and all restaurants, shopping. Pool area was great, room was wonderfull with balcony, nessesaties were all in room. Overall very pleasant stay, would stay again.
location was good, rooms were of a good size.
The hotel is in need of an upgrade. The hallways and rooms looked beaten down. Our toilet was not working when we checked in.
I liked the staff, as they were very friendly and basically were the only good thing during our stay.
Everything was terrible, hotel needs to be reconstructed. Its known that pictures do not show everything but this is that variant when you have shock when you get into your room, furniture and facilities are old, swimming pool is small and full of crazy kids, food is terrible and they do not have normal wifi, etc. Better choose a hotel which won't be in the center and somewhere on the island, as beach next to the hotel was the worst i have ever seen in my life.
Really expensive for the comfort and the service. The bathroom is really small and there are too many people/children in the swimming pool and the lobby. The towels had a strange smell and the windows din't not close properly so you can hear the wind all night long...
Very good hotel: we had a nice and compfortable room with a balkony. The seaside is also very close to hotel. The breakfast was delicious and rich on different meals. Reception staff was also friendly and helpful.
The only negative thing was that cleaning staff started to knock on the door at 7:30 (one time).
Dinner without soft drinks but water. Hair dryer wasn't working. Fitness club shouldn't be work till 6 pm only.
Your website indicated that the hotel was recently renovated. That is not true. The lobby was renovated about 15 years ago. The rooms were old and dirty and the carpets were terribly stained! We had the staff put towels on the carpet so that we could walk on them.Houskeeping neglected to change the towels when they made up the room the next day. The management promised to change our rooms the next day and comp us for one night. When we requested new rooms they told us that the hotel was fully booked and nothing could be done. On checkout, when we asked about the free night stay, they said that they never offered it and couldn't possibly do that. This was not a 4 star hotel!
The hotel is central to Eilat but is not that affected by the airport noise. The staff are friendly and reasonably efficient
The rooms are worn and I was disappointed -I did not feel that it was 4 star, there were no individual toiletries provided in the bathrooms – it was only dispenser soap and shampoo, the room and all the furniture needed a good dust. The breakfast was adequate. If you are just doing a weekend in Eilat – the Cesar is fine, the staff are nice and the pool area is well laid out plus you can get everywhere easily.
Outstanding location , great room with wonderful view
Room carpets very old and dirty and funiture old - needs modernizing
Very good location, reasonable price – in our case it was a deal offer, good personal, nice pool, Fast check-in, Good breakfast.
Rooms furnished are old, and carpets are worn, but very good beds and clean bathrooms. This hotel is often used for groups of disabled guests.
The hotel is very outdated, needs renovation!!! No bathrobe, no shampoo. It's a zoo at breakfast time. Booked for three people, but one of us had to go to a different hotel, was not possible to stay in this room for all of us.The only plus is a hotel staff, nice and helpful and a location.
Good location 5 min walk from North Beach and 10 min walk from the airport.Staff was helpful & changed our room on request.Nice breakfast.
The cleaning of the room could have been more thorough. Some may not like the interior of the room, a bit oldish but one can get used to it.
